Our Pricing – What to Expect

Legal costs can vary depending on the complexity of your case, and we always aim to provide clear, upfront advice about fees from the outset. While much of our work is charged based on the time involved, we do offer fixed fees for certain straightforward matters to help you plan ahead.

Ordinary Divorce (no assets or they have already been agreed, but with children under 16) – £1,000 + VAT, plus court outlays
Simplified Divorce (no children or assets) – £300 + VAT, plus court outlays
Minutes of Agreement – Where everything is agreed, we can often prepare this for around £800 + VAT
